Required documentation
Please bring clear copies of the documents that apply to your child:
- Student’s birth certificate
- Academic reports covering the previous two terms
- Transfer letter or character reference from the previous school
- Immunisation card

Royal Kidz Academy serves learners from preschool through senior primary. Preschool applicants must meet the minimum age for their class level, and primary applicants may need to complete an entrance assessment.
Is there an assessment or registration fee?
A non-refundable processing fee may be required for evaluation and administration. Please contact the school for the current amount and payment instructions.
How long does an admissions decision take?
After the required documents and assessment are complete, the school normally communicates its decision within five to seven business days.
How are documents submitted?
Application forms and supporting documents are currently brought to the school office in person. The school is not accepting document uploads through this website.
