Required Documentation

Please prepare scanned, legible copies of the following credentials before initiating step two:

  • Certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate or National ID card.
  • Official academic transcripts/progress reports covering the last two terms.
  • Two recent passport-sized color photographs of the applicant.
  • An official transfer certificate or character reference letter from the previous institution.
  • Proof of medical clearance/immunization card copies.

Frequently Asked Questions

What age groups and grades do you currently accept?

RKA Academy caters to students from Primary 1 through to Advanced Secondary levels. Students must meet the minimum age parameters set for their prospective grade level by September 1st.

Is there an assessment or registration fee?

A non-refundable processing fee of $2 (or local equivalent) applies when uploading records in step two. This completely covers the interactive evaluation process and administrative tracking.

How long does it take to get an admissions decision?

Following the completion of the Step 3 Interactive Assessment, our review board communicates formal decision offers via email within 5 to 7 business days.
