Key Enrollment Dates (Term 1)
June 15, 2026 Applications Formally Open Online
August 1, 2026: Application Portal Closes for Term 1
August 10 – 14: Orientation for Parents of prospective students and registration of preschool students.
September 1, 2026: Administration of entrance exams for primary school students.
Required Documentation
Please prepare scanned, legible copies of the following credentials:
- Certified copy of the student’s Birth Certificate.
- Official academic transcripts/progress school reports covering the last two terms.
- An official transfer letter or character reference letter from the previous school.
- Proof of immunization card copies.
Frequently Asked Questions
What age groups and grades do you currently accept?
RKA Academy caters to students from Preschool through Senior Primary. Preschool applicants must meet the minimum age requirements for their respective class levels. Applicants for Primary School must successfully pass the entrance assessment for their intended grade level by September 1st.
Is there an assessment or registration fee?
A non-refundable processing fee is required for the interactive evaluation process and administrative tracking. Please contact the administration office to learn more.
How long does it take to get an admissions decision?
Following the completion of the Step 3 Interactive Assessment, our review board communicates formal decision offers via email within 5 to 7 business days.
What other services does the school provide?
The school offers bus services to primary school commuters. It also provides meals to both preschool and primary school students.
